What is your shipping policy?
Orders are processed to ship within 2-3 business days; however, this does not include shipping time. If you require an expedited delivery, please state in the comments section. Additional charges will apply.
When are orders processed for shipping?
Orders placed after 2pm (EST) on business days are not processed for shipping until the next business day.
How are orders placed?
Orders may be placed via the internet through www.gbhillmedical.com. Online orders are the preferred method of ordering and will enable your order to be processed in the most expeditious manner.
How are customer orders tracked?
Customers receive an email with an order tracking number. The tracking number allows you to monitor your order while in transit until received. A final confirmation email will be sent when the package is delivered.
Which shipping carrier does G.B. Hill Medical Supply use?
To ensure a speedy and trusted delivery, customer orders are shipped via UPS. At times, orders may be shipped via FedEx or USPS.
